9 Regular Council February 12, 1979 A discussion on the lot size for Greenberg's Gateway North Industrial Plat ~2 followed in regards to the fact that part of this is in the Transitional Area and the remainder in the Industrial Area. It was decided to have Planning and Zoning review the lot size in the Industrial Area and make a recommendation to the Council. Also that Gateway North Industrial Plat #2 would be handled by the Council's Board of Adjustment. ~otion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to have Planning amd Zoning review the entire area of land zoned Industrial and make a recommendation to the Council in regards to the lot size. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann and Councilman Mickelson. Voting no None. City Attorney Goodrich reported to the Council the progress of the amend- ment to Chapter 462 which hopefully will give the city specific authoriza- tJon and maybe unambigious authorization for the regulation of large lot subdivision. The Annual League of Legislatures Conference is being held on March 1, 1979. There is a registration fee of $16.00 per person attending the conference and Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox and City Administrator Schnelle will be attending this conference. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller approving payment of the $16.00 per person registration fee for them to attend the Annual League of Legislatures Conference on March 1, 1979. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann and Councilman Mickelson. Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann and Councilman Mickelson. Voting no None. Meeting adjourned at 10:22 P.M.
