I woold prefer that a complainant,s nam~ be ]_iste~ on the <br /> ICR bnt if they insist on remaining anonymous so note((this type of <br /> <br />ICR w~ll still be filed). Once this file is estab]_is~ed~ upon receiv- <br />ing a ca]~ of a loose dog~ dog bite, destructive dog,. etc., the officer <br />shored handle the call and advise the owner/responsible adult that he <br />w~]_l be checking the file and {f app]~cable~ a citation will be forth- <br />coming or a complaint will be signed.
