Please refer to enclosure (D2-e) Planning and Zoning minutes
dated November 6, 1978
b. Please refer to enclosure (D2-f) Planning and Zoning minutes
dated December 11, 1978
c. Please refer to enclosure (D2-g) City Engineer's letter dated
November 14, 1978
d. Please refer to enclosure (D2-h) City Attorney's letter
dated December 7, 1978.

Comments: The question has been brought to my attention that
if we change the 10 acre to 2½ acre zoning in Rural Service Area
does it mean we eill abolish the zoning term Rural Service Area?
My thought would be that the zoning term Rural Service Area
should remain in view of the contents contained in enclosure
(D2-g).
