Mr. }(ovar's plant is a non,conforming use in a Co~nercial Area, He wants to construct an addition 70~ x 220' with park- ing and loading fmnp on the side facing the railroad tracks, The front of this buiJding will be screened by trees and the business that is operating on the balance of the land that fronts State Highway #10. MOtion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to - grant a variance from the ordinance to construct his proposed addition. Motion carried. Voting yes Counciln~n Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- man Reimann, Counci]anan Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None, Motion by Co'uncilmanMickelson and s4co~ded by Councilman Reimann to grant a conditional use permit to KovarManufacturing to continue in.operation as he is today and that the addition to his building be in conformance to the Building Official's instructions for shrubs, asthetics of building, etc. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- man Rei~ann, Councilman l duller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None, Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to waive the setback requirement of 10 feet on the south of the lot as Kova~-Manufacturing will be five feet from the property line. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- man Reimann, CouncilmanMuller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None.
