130.095 - F~tion of Appl[cationo If %he applica~/on is by a natural person, it <br />shall be signed and s~xDrn ~o by such person; if by a collDorakion, by an officer thereof; <br />if by a par~mership, by one of %he partners; if by an unincorporated associak/on, by %he <br />m_~nager or m~naging officer f_hereof. If the applicant is a partnership, the applicaf~ion <br />a~d any license, ]~nd or insurance policy shall be made and issued in the names of all <br />%J~e partners. <br /> <br />130. 096 - Renewal Application. Applications for the renew-~l of an ey~isting license shall <br />be ~r~de ah least sJ~ty (60) days prior to the date of the expiration of the license and <br />shall be ~m~de'in such abbreviated form as ~ne city council may approve. If, in the <br />j~n~_n% of the council, good and sufficient cause is shown by any applicant for <br />fa~ l~e to file for a ~ne~al within the time provided, the council may, if the other <br />provisions of t~is section are~complied with, waive ~his requirement and grant the appli- <br /> <br />130.097 - t.]c~mnse Fe~s. The oouncil may in its judgment refund <br /> a pro rata portion of f_he fee for %he unexpired period of the license, computed on a <br /> monthly basis, when operation of the licensed business c~mes not less than one (1) <br /> month before expiration of the license because of: <br /> <br /> a. Destruct/on or damage of the licensed premises by fi_re or ott~ <br />catastrophe; <br /> <br /> b. A change in the legal status of the municipality making it un]awful <br />for a Licensed business ko continue; <br /> <br />c.
