]n addition to other restrictions of this chapter and of t y of <br />Ramsey code, the use, constructfon, alteration or enlargements to any <br />bujJdJng or structure within any zoning district or deveJopment area <br />~,bfcb 5s designed for commercial or industrial permitted uses shall <br />meet the fo]]o~'Jng standards: <br /> <br />]. All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> <br />a. Face brick; <br />b. Natural stone; <br />c. Specifically designed precast concrete units if <br /> surfaces have been integrally treated with an <br /> applied decorative material or texture; <br />d. Factory fabricated and finished metal framed panel <br /> construction, if the panel material is to be any <br /> of those noted in paragraphs la, lb, and lc above; <br />e. Other material as may be approved by the city <br /> council. Combinations of such materials shall be <br /> permitted. <br /> <br /> 2. All subsequent additions and out-buildings constructed <br />after th~ erection of the origJna) building or buildings shall be con- <br />structed of materials comparable to those used in the original construct- <br />ion and shall be designed in a manner conforming with the original archi- <br />tectural de£ign and general appearance. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 APPEAL <br /> <br />Any person aggrieved by a'decisJon, grant or refusal made by the zoning <br />officer and building in[pec.tor in the administration of this ordinance <br />may appeal that decision, gra. n.t 'or refusal to the Board of Adjustment <br />as est-ablished by the city'.s zoning code and in accordance with the <br />procedure as outlined in Section 170.018B of said chapter. <br /> <br /> <br />
