We have the same situation <br />here as we have with the Sorteberg Addition. <br /> <br />PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT -~WHISPERING PINES PLAT #3: <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />The following statistical data is hereby submitted on the subject <br />petition: <br /> <br />Whispering Pines Plat #3 has a total of 62 units with two outlots <br />that must also be considered as future buildable lots, therefore, <br />we must consider a°total of 64 units. The petition contained <br />50 signatures in favor of street improvement. Due to the fact <br />our assessing books are at the County office I cannot check with <br />them to see how many have been built on so I must take Ms. Alice <br />Everett's word when she said 59 are occupied.
