This is primarily true starting at the <br />South line of Lot 16 of Block 4 and progressing Northwesterly from that <br />point through the plat. From the South line of said Lot 16 of Block 4, we <br />could accept a half right-of-way of 60 fe~t, measured from the centerline <br />of the existing roadway. This 60 foot half right-of-way would match two <br />other plats located South of Tierra Estates, that either have been, or are <br />now fin 'the process of preparation. <br /> <br />We trust that our comments will assist you in the remaining processing of this <br />pre]_iminary plat, and invite you to contact our office should you have any <br />further questions or comments regarding this matter. <br /> <br />Very t~,~ly yours, <br /> <br />Paul K.
