D/B/A Penalty Box <br />Bar and Grill, 14077 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey <br />Presentation <br />City Clerk Thieling reviewed the staff report and recommendation to hold a public hearing on a <br />liquor license request and finally authorize the same for the new owner of Penalty Box Bar and <br />Grill. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:37 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Johns, <br />Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None.
