Voting no None. <br /> <br />FLINTWOOD HILLS PLAT #2 <br /> <br />In reviewing the minutes of March 12, 1979, City Administrator Schnelle <br />noted the Council had not properly documented their findings in regards <br />to the Planning Commission minutes dated March 8, 1979 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelso~ to grant <br />the variances ~as listed in the Planning and Zoning minutes dated March 8, <br />1979, items #1 and #5. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to include in <br />the variance all other items Planning and Zoning recommended in their <br />m~nutes dated March 8, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR FEDERAL AID URBAN AREAS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Micketson to adopt <br />Resolution ~16 as follows: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPLYING FOR FEDERAL URBAN AID FOR <br />CITY HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> WHEP~EAS, there are Federal Urban Aid funds available to assist <br />in the development of City highways <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF P~MSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey hereby applies for Federal Urban Aid funds <br />to assist in the development of their highway system as authorized by <br />law. <br /> <br />Adopted this the 26th day of March, 1979 by the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
