P&Z-1- <br />4/2/79 <br /> <br /> Planning & Zoning <br /> City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Planning & Zoning <br />Commission held a Public Hearing on April 2, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the Public Hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. with <br />the following in attendance: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Art Dunn <br /> <br />Ron West <br /> <br />A1 so present: <br />Lloyd Schnelle, City Adm. <br />Peter Raatikka, City Eng. <br />W. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson explained that this was a hearing in regards to the <br />_llrhan Development Permit for the proposed Ramsey'~ Shopping Mall and <br />asked Mr. Keith Cable to briefly explain the project and answer any <br />questions.
