Council Action: If this project is to proceed, Council will <br />have to adopt Resolution Ordering Advertisement for Bid. <br /> <br />CASE 4: <br /> <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT REGARDING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR <br />WHISPERING PINE'S ESTATES PLAT #3' <br /> <br />Comments: The same applied here as in Case #3 above. However, <br />if Council wants this project to proceed they will have to <br />authorize the advertisement of bids. <br /> <br />Council Action' Your action will be to adopt Resolution Ordering <br />Advertisement of bids for this project. <br /> <br />CASE 5: <br /> <br />KEITH CABLE- REGARDING ZUNI STREET IMPROVEMENT FOR PROPOSED <br /> <br />RAMSEY SHOPPERS MALL: <br /> <br />Comments: Mr. Cable will be in to discuss with Council about Zuni <br />Street (service road) that will serve the Ramsey Shoppers Mall. <br />Planning directed him to the Council to get Council input on this <br />matter. If Zuni Street is to be put in, Council will have to do <br />it through Minn. State Chapt 429. <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (D2-b) Planning Commission minutes <br />dated April 2, 1979. <br /> <br />CASE 6' <br /> <br />ITASCA HEIGHTS REGARDING STAFF'AND CITIZENS'MEETING ON'STREETS <br /> <br />IN SUBDIVISION: <br /> <br />Comments: City Staff met with the citizens in Itasca Sub-division <br />as requested by Council in regards to the streets in that plat. <br />The outcome of that meeting is contained in enclosure (D2-c). <br /> <br />Council Action: I guess this will be an item you should discuss. <br />The question is has Beatty Avenue and Collins Drive even been <br />brought up to City standards?
