Copies of the resolution you have to adopt to <br />allow her to make application for Industrial Revenue Bond <br />financing for the proposed off-sale liquor store will be avail- <br />able for your review at the meeting. <br /> <br />CASE #3 ED KLEMISH PROPOSED SUBDIVISION: <br /> <br />This was before Council at your meeting dated April 9, 1999 re- <br />garding this plat. He then appeared before the Planning and <br />Zoning on May 7, 1979 with his sketch plan and was refused. <br />Please refer to enclosure B-6 for Planning and Zoning minutes <br />dated May 7, 1979. <br /> <br />He wants to rediscuss this matter with the Council before he pro- <br />ceeds on to Preliminary Plan. <br /> <br />CASE #4 CRITICAL RIVERS: <br /> <br />Background Information:. The following is submitted as background <br />information for your review and action on the subject stddy. <br /> <br />a. Enclosure(D-3-b) Planning and Zoning minutes pertaining to <br />Critical Rivers. <br />b. Enclosure (B-2) this agenda Planning and Zoning minutes dated <br />May 7, 1979. <br />c. Enclosure(D-3-c) Policy statements on Critical Rivers re- <br />garding environmental land use and public facilities. <br /> <br />Further, Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Planning and Zoning Chairman and <br />Dexter Marston, Planner, will be present to give the presentation. <br /> <br />CASE #5 <br /> <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT REGARDING 156th AVENUE N.W. FROM VARtOLITE <br /> <br />STREET N.W. TO ARMSTRONG BLVD. N.W.: <br /> <br />Background Information: The following background information is <br />furnished for your review and action: <br /> <br />a. The statistical data is hereby submitted on the petition that <br />generated this public hearing. 156th Avenue N.W. is fronted by <br />22 building sites with 20 of the sites presently built on. Six- <br />teen of the 20 resident property owners signed the petition in <br />favor of surfacing. This constitutes 80% of the resident owners <br />and 72% of the buildable sites. <br /> <br /> <br />
