Menkveld- sketch plan <br />Mr. JaE'k M6nkveld was present with a sketch plan for industrially zoned <br />property due south of Tom. Thumb on Co. Road #56 with 1 acre lot size. <br />Mr. Menkveld was advised to have the City Engineer review the sketch plan. <br />There was brief discussion of controlling development of the lots through <br />restrictive covenants. <br /> <br />Item. 14. Mr. Darrell Voss - Landlocked parcel <br />Mr Voss was present to explain~tha.t he owned acreage-off, of:a Cul-de-sac:.~- : <br />on 169th Lane, .but did not actually have frontage on a public road. <br />As it could not be determined if the cul-de-sac actually gave Mr. Voss access, <br />he was advised to have this checked out. <br />Motion by Ron West, seconded by Art Dunn to adjourn.
