Lee Crawley of Lee's Landscaping appeared before the Council seeking <br />special permission to build on his. property before Planning & Zoning hearing <br />as he has ordered his nursery stock and it is being shipped. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said he was in favor of authorizing him to move his equipment <br />in there and letting him sell but no guarantee or assurance that it would <br />be allowed. <br /> <br />Mayor Ga, mc suggested a wirtten contract be drawn between' Mr. Crawley and <br />the City to,that 'affect and that he can't build without approval or Urban <br />Permit, no permanent structure. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cog seconded by Councilman Mickelson to draft a contract <br />with intent to allow Mr. Crawley to operate providing he meets requirements <br />of the ordinance and understands that there is .no guarantee of anything <br />other than what is enacted'herein and he may erect a temporary structure not <br />in excess of 8 foot by 12 foot which has to be removed by August 1st, 1979, <br />contract to be prepared by the May 29th meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, coUncilmen~ Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Special Council meeting of April 30, 1979 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />accept the special meeting minutes as received for April 30, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
