'(Please refer to resolution <br />file). Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Council~mn COx comnended the persons who worked-on the project's alternates <br />for a fine job they did. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimarm to adopt resolu: <br />tion #79-29 Approving Plans and Specification and Ordering Advertisement <br />for Bid. Resolution #79-30 Approving Plans and Specification <br />and Ordering Adverfisement for Bids for-Improvement Project. 161st Avenue N.W. <br />lying between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. and Resolution <br />#79-31. (Please refer to resolution file 'f~r' ~e'solh't'ion.) and Approving Plans <br />and Specification and Oraering Advertisement for Bids for Improvement Project <br />Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3 (Please refer to resolution file for the <br />above resolution.) Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen <br />Cox, Mickelson, Reimann, & Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. PETITION FOR STORM SEWER FOR INDUSTRIAL/~RCIAL AREA <br /> <br />Mr. Grosslein addressed the Council stating that they now have a petition <br />with all the commercial and residential adjoinidg the subject land. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann asked if he talked to Anoka International as they have <br />problems, with runoff. <br /> <br />Mr. Grossiein said their drainage goes East, and doesn't effect this drainage. <br />Will have easement through Lot 3 and 4 and Rivlyn-would not be assessed at <br />this time.. If they want to join up later they would then be assessed. <br /> <br /> <br />
