Environmental Services Committee <br />Anoka County Comprehensive Heal th Department <br /> May 23, 1978 <br /> <br />License Renewal Conditions' WASTE ~qANAGEMENT OF MINNESOTA, INC. <br /> <br />The, licensee conduct a groundwater monitoring program consisting <br />of at least: <br /> <br />Samples shall be collected from each well and lysimeter once <br />each quarter between the following dates: July 1-15, 1978; <br />October 1-15, 1978; January 1-15, 1979: and April 1-15, 1979. <br /> <br />I.aboratory examination of these samples shall include dissolved <br />solids, harJness, alkalinity, chlorides, nitrate, sulphates, <br />a nd pit. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Samples shall be collected and examined by a laboratory accept- <br />able to the Department and a copy of the laboratory report shall <br />be submitted directly to the Department. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />If the laboratory report is not received by the Department by <br />the 30th day of the month in which the sample was to have been <br />collected, the Department shall refer the matter to the County <br />Attorney's Office for the appropriate action to obtain compli- <br />ance with the conditions of license issuance. <br /> <br />The groun&4ater monitoring program shall be augmented by the in- <br />stallation of lysimeters as operation moves into new areas of <br />phases. <br /> <br />3.
