RESOLUTION 79-33 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HESOLUTION ORDERING ~I~PROVE~NT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (156th Avenue <br /> <br />between Variolite Street N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the.23rd day <br />of April, 1979, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improve- <br />ment of 156th Avenue N.W. lying between Variolite Street N.W. and Armstrong <br />Blvd. N.W. to upgrade street to five ton standards and bituminous surfacing. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through <br />two weekly publications Of the required notice was given and the hearing <br />held thereon at 7:40 P.M. on the 14th day of May, 1979, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1. Such. improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted April 23, 1979. <br /> <br /> 2. Plans and specification prepared by Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, City Engineer for such improvement pursuant to Council reso- <br />lution, a copy of which plans and specification is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City <br />Administrator Clerk. <br /> <br />Adopted this 29th day of May, 1979. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
