Mr. Kovar <br />wants to build a metal addition to his present manufacturing plant. <br />I maintain that para. l?O.O14K subd. 5 (1 e) is applicable in this <br />case. However, para. 170.O14K subd. 5 (2) is also applicable. <br />Now, we are bringing a propose change to this portion of the ordi- <br />nance deleting para. 170.O14K subd. 5 (2)-for Council approval be- <br />cause it is a hindrance to good zoning. <br />d) Mr. West, the builder for Kovar Manufacturing, will be present <br />to discuss his proposed addition that he will be building for Kovar <br />Manufacturing. <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION FOR RUM RIVER CROSSING; REQUEST FOR' BY <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTY: <br /> <br />This was on the Addendum for the last Council meeting.
