Following is a list~of comments in regard to the revised preliminary plat: The proposed plat has been revised to consist of 51 lots. Lots 1-6 o'f Block 3 were combined into three lots all in conformance to the City Code. Lots 12 & 24 of Block 4 were also revised to conform to the City Code. . g In discussion of Outlot A,~:~he developer indicated it is available for purchase by the abutting property owner to the north. In review of the drainage no easement connecting the low point on 150th Curve N.W. and the. ponding area in .Block 3 was shown on the proposed plat. A drainage easement across the north 20 feet of Lot 3, Block 2 has been provided to drain Helium Eane N.W. across private property towards the ponding area in Block 3. The developer has indicated that the owner of the property does not object to the drainage crossing his property; however, the City Code states that surface water drainage is to be conveyed by a publicly owned or controlled drainage facility. In discussing the drainage from Nowthen Circle with the developer, he stated i~bat he intends to drain the cul-de-sa~ east along the existing street...
