NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT~AY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, ~ay 29, 1979 at <br />7:50 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., R~m~ey, Ninnesota for~ichael Robert Boyce, 5022 - <br />179th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance from the <br />City's zoning ordinance Chapter l~O.014B Accessory Uses to build a <br />pole barn on a parcel of land less than. two and one-half acres and <br />said pole barn is 1,O80 square feet. <br /> <br /> The legal description of the property involved is Plat 89201 <br />Parcel 1290 Township 32 Range 25 Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on proposed variance.
