'I t~uld not be <br /> <br />worried at all. about predicting that a gre~t n~mher of violators of that' <br />speed restriction ~.ould be local residents, inc!u~ing t~ose .who signed the <br />petition. The roadway is similar to Hanson Blvd. in Coon ~ids or Foley, <br />Blvd. also in that city except that both of those boulevardm are more heavily <br /> <br />populated, residentially and commercially. <br />is ;~ mph. <br /> <br />The speed limit on'thoseroads <br /> <br />There are now advisory signm indieatiug-a speed of hO mph e~%ending from Co. Hd. <br /> <br />#7 to Y~cima St. <br /> <br />The shoulder~ on 179th L~. are wide and well developed for pedestrian and bike , <br />traffic.
