Wojcik used car lot annual license Building official Berg read a copy of the letter Er. Nereson sent to Nr. Wojcik explaining that the City is-witb~holding his 1978 license until the following conditions are met: Provide a specific.ally designed customer parking area. The area shall be a minimum of 20 feet b~ 40 feet, or adequate parking- space for four customers. The area provided shall be properly graded and surfaced to allow adequate parking facilities. The area shall be pr'operly signed so as to denote customer .parking only. The area must be within the property lines and is not to be used for display of automobiles for sale. MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Gamec to authorize the city attorney to proceed with legal action against Mr. Wojcik. 5 Ayes Consider establishment of cc~mittee' to report on organization of fire department Nayor cox asked ~f the Council would like to proceed in this direction and if a comanittee should.be established and asked for names to be recommended for such a committee. Councilman Nuller recommended Dale Nelson to the committee as he is a fireman living in Ramsey and is familiar with equipment that can be donated by various services. Mr. Nelson told Councilman ~uller that he would be glad to serve on the committee. Councilman Reimann recommended A1 Sorteberg to the committee and Nayor Cox recommended George Carlson and Florien Backowski. Building official Berg suggested that this committee designate fire zones within the city. There are three zones, and right now Ramsey is all fire zone three which is nonrestricted as to type of building that is allowed in .the area. Mayor Cox asked that a meeting be scheduled for Wednesday evening', February 1st, to discuss this co~,mittee.
