The proposed plat has been reduced in size and changed to include <br /> nine two and one half acre lots. All of the lots meet the require- <br /> ments of the City Code. <br /> <br />2. As previously mentioned drainage from the plat will be directed <br /> to Trott Brook. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is traversed by both a gas.line easement and <br />a power line easement. Prior to final plat approval the <br />developer should'obtain the approvai from the utility companies <br />to cross the easements with the proposed streets.
