Taylor <br />5510 156th Lane NW <br />Anoka, MN 55303 <br /> <br />The maximum number of animals will vary between 3 and 5. <br /> <br />Currently the animal are outside from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and <br />are in during the evening hours and all nigh~,~ I plan <br />to continue this pr.ac~ice as it has worked ou~ well. <br />In answer to the question,. 50/50. <br /> <br />rd. <br /> <br />The new kennel structure is right in the middle of our lot, <br />and the distance of all existing and proposed kennel <br />structures in relation to abutting property is as follows: <br /> <br /> From west side' of kennel to property line - 88 feet <br /> From east side of kennel to property line R1 feet <br /> *From north side of kennel to property tine~ 51 feet <br /> From soutk side of kennel to Property line- .94 feet <br /> (SEE ATTACHED LOT SURVEY) ~' <br /> *To the north is.~the property of the Boy Scout Camp. <br /> <br />The type of fencing and .construction of Kennel is as follows: <br /> <br />The outside will consist of chain link fencing comprising <br />four separate runs. The runs will be made of cement whick <br />will be graded slightly for run off of snow and rain and <br />for sanitary reasons. The building will be constructed of <br />wood with a slanted roof away from outside kennel run area <br />to keep snow and run off out of runs. -One run will be larger <br />both inside and out as it will be used for breeding and <br />whelping purposes. There will be four areas inside that can <br />be closed off from outside during severe weather. There will <br />be storage shelves built inSide for dog show equipment, medicine, <br />and food. <br /> <br />My present kennel is cleaned eVery day, and presently waste <br />is put in plastic garbage bags for pick up. With construction <br />of new kennel, two steel waste dispensers will be buried in <br />ground. Lime is poured directly on waste for odor control and <br />removal. Lids are flush with the ground on these dispensers. <br /> <br /> <br />
