M~', Jeff Mastley was again present with a request which he' had presented pre- vious~y on property located on 'the Northwest corner of 166th and Jasper. Mr. Mastley pointed out that the only difference was that now there was a house in progress, The consensus of the Commission was that basically nothing has changed and that theip motion of 8/7/78 still stood. Motion by Brad Bodle, seconded by Art Dunn to recommend to the Council to accept their recommendation of 8/7/78 which asks that a variance be granted to Victor Mastley to subdivide by metes g Bounds to the parcel known as being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 32,.Range 25, into two parcels of approximately 3,5 acres each as per a certificate of survey and subject to road easements of 33' on west property'line and 40' on North property line, and paym. ent of park'dedication fee. Motion carried 5-0, Ron West abstained as he was not ppesent during-discussion, Pondvale Estates - Sketch Plan A sketch plan for the above property located on #47 g'149th was present&d. Art Dunn expressed concern with the soils, as he felt they were very limited in regamds to On-site sewer systems. Also discussed was the cul-de-sac and the reasons why the City would not be in favor of this particular one (School buses g Plows ect.). The developer was advised to submit a revised sketch plan. Gene Ronallo - Case of Full Service Gas Station: .Mr. Ronallo was present to ask the Commission how they felt about a station on the corner of ~47 g 167th (Southeast corner). Ron West asked if Mr. Ronallo lived in the' immediate area, and Mr. Ronallo explained that his address was near 159th g Radium N.W.,"but not the immediate area, Brad Bodle questioned why this area has been left as an outlot, and Art Dunn stated that he thought it was due to clay soils..-Ron West asked how it would fit with oum Comp. Plan, and Ken explained to Mr. Ronallo that this would be spot.zoning and suggested he (Ronallo) approach the Council and if favorable, bring back soils info and sketch. Election of Officers for 1979. Motion by Al Sorteberg, seconded by Ron West to have the same Chairman, Vice- Chairman, and Secretary for 1979: Chairman - Keh Peterson, Vice- Chairman- Gerry Zimmerman, and Secretary - Kathleen Schneider.
