' <br />FINAL APPROVAL OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDREGARDING RAMSE~ MEDICAL CLINIC' <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and ~econded by councilman Mickelson t~ approve . <br />Resolution #79-11 authorizing the acquisition and construction of a project <br />under the Minnesota MUnicipal Industrial DevelopmenT Act and the sale and <br />issuance of Medical Clinic Revenue Bonds to finance the project and with <br />the understanding thepark fee would be paid as soon as the Medical Clinic <br />had the money (per gentleman's agreemeht). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />VARIANCE REQUEST.- PROGRESSIVE HOMES ~ ~..~~.. <br /> <br />Me. Doug Mitchell was present with a request to'subdivide~by m&tes and boUnds <br />a b0 acre parcel in the a~ea of County Road ~7 and Highway ~7. He had been <br /> <br /> scheduled for a Board of Adjustment beaming earlier in the evening but the <br /> hearing was postponed until .the Council had a chance to vote on the rezoning <br /> of the Rural Service Area in regards to lot sizes in platting. The actual <br /> variance request was for a decrease in lot frontage but no longer is needed. <br /> Now Mr. Mitchel is asking for permission.to divide' by metes and bounds and <br /> also to have a discussion on the park dedication fee as he felt it was too <br /> h~gh. <br /> <br /> A discussion of the req6est followed. It was the general concensus of the <br /> Council to l~mit the access onto County Road ~? and Highway #47 by the use <br /> of service road to .the a~ea.' He was advised to discuss the situation with <br /> City Engineer Rsatikka and to follow the provisions in the subdivision ordi- <br /> nance. City'Engineer Raatikka was advised to w-mite Mm.
