He is eoncemned because <br />truake~s live back in this area with trucks that w~igh up to 50,000 tons. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said since 1973 the City has required paved roads in developments <br />and haven't had any problems with them. A sand base is very good to lay asphalt on <br />top of versus areas with peat or clay._ <br /> <br />Mr. Bozegh asked what period of time the assessment would be spread over, and <br />can it be paid off Without interest? <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka answered ten years and it can be paid off without interest <br />within a certain period of time. <br /> <br />Jan Pollman, 16140 JaspaP, said she was told they were to get as far as they <br />could with the petition in the amount of time they had. Would they have to now have <br />the Whole area done,and go through this whole thing again. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said Council will consider acting on this and the City may call <br />another public hearing. <br /> <br />Jan Pollman asked if it is voted on, will they still get their street for this <br />price. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said yes, if it is approved. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to adjourn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg.
