OONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> This contract is entered into this day of June, 1979 be- <br />tween the City of -Ramsey hereinafter Ramsey and John and Gail Taylor here- <br />inafter permlttees in conjunction with issuance to the Taylor's of a con- <br />ditional use permit to maintain on their premises at 5510 - 156th Lane <br />N.W., Ramsey, Ninnesota, a "private dog kennel" as defined in City Code <br />Chapter 110.0139. <br /> <br /> The conditional use permit is granted conditioned and contin- <br />gent upon the permlttees to complying with the following: <br /> <br />1) At no time shall the permittees have or keep more than <br />five adult dogs on the premises. <br /> <br />2) Dogs will not be allowed to run loose on permittees prop- <br />erty except under the direct supervision of permittees. <br /> <br />3) Permittee will maintain the private kennel in a sanitary <br />condition. <br /> <br />4) Permittee will submit a site plan which shows existing <br />structures and proposed kennel area prior to issuance of the <br />kennel permit. <br /> <br />5) The dog kennel and waste disposal system will require <br />a building permit for the structure and the septic system <br />will be subject to-the building .official's review prior to <br />issuance of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />6) A concrete septic tank shall be used for disposal of waste <br />that can be pumped in case of build up of solids. <br /> <br />7) This conditional use permit does not authorize permittees <br />to conduct a commercial kennel business. Should permittees <br />desire to conduct a kennel business it will be required that <br />they meet the requirements of the City zoning regulations and <br />State laws governing such business. <br /> <br />8) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it <br />should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive <br />odors or creating any health hazards to the area~ and further, <br />if any of the above are found to exist the City reserves the <br />right to revoke this private kennel conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
