Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove <br />the application. If you approve the application your motion <br />will also be to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator <br />to sign it. <br /> <br />CASE #3: OAKRIDGE FINAL PLAT FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />The following background information is hereby furnished for <br />your review and action on this case: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D3-d) Planning and Zoning minutes dated March 5, <br />1979, which granted preliminary plat approval. <br />b) Enclosure (D3-e) Council minutes dated March 26, 1979 which <br />granted preliminary plat approval. <br />c) Enclosure (D3-f) City Engineers letter dated June 21, 1979 <br />which points out changes that have been made to Oakridge Estates. <br />(Please refer to Exhibit #2 Final Plat) <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />MOVING IN ACCESSORY BUILDING; CASE OF .CHRISTIAN LAURITSEN <br /> <br />(16153 EBONY STREET N.W. ): <br /> <br />Fmclosure (D3-g) contains the Building Inspector's recommend- <br />ation on the subject request. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the <br />subject request. <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE: <br /> <br />The following on-sale liquor licenses will be before Council <br />for approval: <br /> <br />a) DeZiel's Supper Club - Their license request for renewal <br />will be available for Council review. Further, Enclosure <br />(D3-h) is furnished for Council information. <br />b) Super Bowl, Inc. - Their license request for renewal will <br />be available for Council. <br /> <br />Comments - The Chief of Police has reviewed the above licenses <br />and signed the required endorsement. <br /> <br />The following off-sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License <br />applications will be before Council for approval: <br /> <br />a) Bob's Super Valu <br />b ) Tom Thumb Superette <br />c) Anoka International Sales & Service, Inc. <br /> <br />CASE 6: LICENSES FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL: <br /> <br />The following licenses are hereby submitted for your approval: <br /> <br />79-130 Kober Excavating, 18575 Simonet Drive, Elk River - Excavating <br />79-131 T & T ConstruCtion Company, 6630 - 229th Avenue - General <br />79-132 Adam Construction, 15515 University Avenue N.E., Anoka <br /> <br /> <br />
