This change re- <br />sulted in six substandard lots which were granted variances at your <br />March 26, 1979 Council meeting. <br /> <br />In reviewing the plat we found that it meets the requirements of the <br />City Code with the exception of the substandard~tots. However, the <br />developer has not provided a reproducable copy of the final plat with <br />house numbering of the lots nor has he indicated the placement of <br />monuments at all lot cor~ers. <br /> <br />In view of the street plans, we find that the street grades have been <br />revised to eliminate the need for a storm sewer. The street plans are <br />in general agreement with the City standards~ however, we would recommend <br />the following additions or changes: <br /> <br />1) Specification be provided to cover the proposed con- <br />struction and restoration of all disturbed areas. <br />2) The grading plan be revised to reflect the revised street <br />grades. <br />3) Street grades along Ferret Street N.W. and 163rd Avenue <br />NoW. be revised to match the proposed construction of 161st <br />Avenue N.W. and Llama Street N.W. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. u darrell schneider ~J richard sha <br /> <br /> <br />
