The actual <br />variance request was for a decrease in lot frontage but no longer is needed. <br />Now Mr. Milchel is asking for permission to divide by metes and bounds and <br />also to have a discussion on the park dedication fee as he felt it was too <br />high. <br /> <br />A discussion of the request followed. It was the general concensus of the <br />Council ~o limit the access onto County Road.~7 and Highway ~7 by the use <br />of service road to the area. He was advised ~o discuss the situation with <br />City Engineer Rsatikka and to follow the provisions in the subdivision ordi- <br />nance. City Engineer Raatikka was advised to w~ite M~.
