Voting no: ~ne. <br /> <br />PETER HERRICK REQUEST TO BUILD RESIDENTIAL DWELLING ON A METES AND BOUNDS PARCEL <br /> <br />OF LAND <br /> <br />Property involved is a ten acre parcel located off Highway 47 in Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 27. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich informed Council that this would have to be consistent <br />with the City's Subdivision Ordinance and its intended interpretation taking <br />the following into consideration: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Allow access onto Highway 47 at the present time, but if they subdivide that <br />they will have to build a paved road to City standards because access onto <br />Highway 47 must be limited. <br /> <br />2) No more than one building permit for only one access. <br /> <br />3. Easement must be provided for a 66 foot service road 75 feet from the <br /> center of Highway 47. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox,~seconded by Councilman Mickelson to allow a subdivision <br />into a ten acre parcel, legal description: All that part of Lots 1 and 2, <br />AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 27, Anoka County, Minnesota lying West of the East <br />30 Acres of said Lot 1, and Northeasterly of a line drawn form the Southeast corner <br />of said Lot 2 to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot 2 distant <br />540.52 feet Northeast of the Southwest corner of said Lot 2. Containing 10.000 Acres. <br />Subject to the rights of the public in and to State Trunk Highway No. 47. Subject <br />to an easement to the Anoka County Cooperative Light and Power Association as <br />recorded in Book 174, Page 261 as Document No. 99354; and subject to the following: <br /> <br /> -9- <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br /> 6/11/79 <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the building inspector is authorized to issue one building permit <br />subject ~o the City receiving a 66 foot right of way road easement from the <br />center line of Highway 47. <br /> <br />2) Contingent that property will not be ~llowed to be resubdivided until service <br /> road, as noted in Item No. 1 above, is'installed by the property owner. <br /> <br />3) The park fee is to be paid as provided in City ordinance, Section 170.038F. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND, REGARDING GREENBERG AND GROSSLEIN <br /> <br />The bond consultant for this project was present regarding this bond. He stated <br />that the 1st National Bank in Anoka is ready to close both loans and resolutions <br />by Council are required therefor. '~t has received approval of the Secretaries <br />Commi s s ion. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to authorize the <br />Mayor to sign Resolution No. 47 and Resolution No. 47A regarding Industrial Revenue <br />Bonds for Grosslein Beverage and GreenbergAMC respectively. <br /> <br /> <br />
