July 20, 1979.

The bids were as follows: '
Contractor Total Bid "'"'

N.D.H., Inc. $392,005.00
Hardrives, Inc. $409,262.50
C. S. McCrossan, Inc. $413,905.00
Forest Lake Contracting $422,801.00

The engineer's estimated construction cost as shown in the feasibility reports for
the projects was $346,525. The total low bid received is approximately 13% above
the engineer's estimate, however, in reviewing the current bidders market it is
extremely difficult to predict fluctuations that may effect the total price. In
addition to changes in the bidders market, we have included restoration items and
quantities which reflect extreme job conditions. Therefore, we would anticipate
that the costs for construction of the projects will be somewhat less than the
total bid amount.

- Continued

keith caswell jr. ~J darrell schneider ~¢ richard sha
