The elevations were not referenced to the United <br />States Geological Survey's datum nor'to any of the surrounding struCtures, <br /> <br />2. Building elevations for either the existing buildings or the proposed <br /> buildings were not shown. <br /> <br />3. The site plan indicates a drainage manhole between buildings 3 and <br /> which the planning and zoning commission recommended be deleted, <br /> <br />4. The site plan indicates curb be installed in two locations but it <br /> does not indicate the type or size of the curb. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The location of building #4 is shown incorrectly and the parking on <br />the north side of building #4 was recommended to be deleted ~ the <br />planning and zoning commission. <br /> <br />The site plan does not indicate where the drainage from the west <br />side of building #3 will flow, This should be directed to the <br />street. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr.
