TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />CITIZEN'S INPUT; CASE OF STEVE SJERVEN, 14 O0 RA~EY BLVD. <br />REQUESTING A VARIANCE ON THE HORSE ORDINANCE NO. 110.07 <br /> <br />The citizen has been advised to go through Citizen's Input on his request for <br />a variance to the horse ordinance to keep a horse on a two (2) acre parcel <br />when the ordinance requires three (3) acres of land to maintain a horse. <br /> <br />Frankly, I don't see how the Council can grant a variance because the ordinance <br />doesn't provide provisions for variances. <br /> <br />However, the citizen wanted to find out if Council will grant one. <br />Recommendation: "No", on this request. <br /> <br /> <br />
