A clear delineation of all areas which shall be paved <br />or surfaced including a description of the surface <br />material to be used. <br /> <br />A description of the method to be provided for vehicular <br />and pedestrian access to the proposed development and <br />public access to the river and/or public river view <br />opportunities both before and after developmeht~ a des- <br />cription of the development's impact on existing views <br />of and along the river. <br /> <br />15) A description of all parking facilities to be provided <br /> as part of the development of the site including an <br /> analysis of parking needs generated by the proposed <br /> development. <br /> <br />16) A delineation of the area or areas to be dedicated for <br /> public use. <br /> <br />17) A delineation of the location and amounts of excavated <br /> soils to be stored on the site during construction. <br /> <br />Any other information pertinent to the particular project <br />which in the opinion of the inspector or applicant is <br />necessary or helpful for the review of the project. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />It is recognized that not all types of development have the <br />same potential for causing harm to the environment~ there- <br />fore,threeclassifications-ofdevelopment are hereby estab- <br />lished: <br /> <br />1) Construction of a one-new single family home on a lot.- <br /> in a plat. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Construction of one new single family home on a lot <br />described by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />Development on more than one parcel of residential <br />property or any development of commercial or industrial <br />property. It is intended that this classification shall <br />include all proposed plats and subdivisions which create <br />two or more parcels. <br /> <br />Classification numbers 2 and 3 in Paragraph c above must provide <br />all of the information requested in paragraph b above. <br /> <br />Classification number 1 above shall provide a certificate of <br />survey to the Building Inspector at the time the building per- <br />mit is applied for. The Building Inspector shall review the <br />lot for which the building permit is requested by reviewing that <br />data submitted for the environmental permit for the plat in <br />which the lot is located. This review shall be made in order <br />to insure that the "Permit Standards" adopted herein are com- <br />plied with and that the construction of such a single fsm!ly <br />home will be consistent with said "Permit Standards". <br /> <br /> <br />
