The correction notice <br />h~d been removed so I have now "Red Tagged" the construction. <br /> <br />In view of the fact that this is not the first instance where your firm <br />has failed to comply with the State Building Code you are hereby notified <br />that you shall be required to do one of the following: <br /> <br />1) Expose all areas previously not inspected ~nd schedule an inspection, <br />or <br />2) Provide the City of--R~m~eywith a letter stating that, all provisions <br />of the State Building Code have been compliedwith. Said letter shall be <br />filed'as a part of the deed-and become a permanent record.
