CASE <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />CASE #5: ' <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />TERRY BRUNO REGARDING INGRESS AND EGRESS AT HIS PLACE OF <br />OF RESIDENCE, 16650 Dolomite Street N.W.: <br /> <br />Mr. Bruno's residence is located at the corner of Dolomite <br />and 167th Avenue N.W. His legal entrance is on Dolomite. How- <br />ever, he has added another egress and ingress on 167th Avenue <br />which has a MSA designation, o <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-c) excerpt City Code stating residential lots <br />shall have only one ingress and egress to their residence. <br /> <br />We have informed Mr. Bruno of the ordinance and the fact that <br />167th Avenue N.W. has MSA designation. Mr. Bruno has been <br />informed of the contents contained in the reference. How- <br />ever, he still wants to discuss this matter with Council. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action would be in accordance with the <br />City Code which would be to order Mr. Bruno to remove the <br />egress and ingress to his residence from 167th Avenue N.W. <br />Also give him a specific time limit to accomplish same. <br /> <br />MENKVELD PINE HILL NORTH PLAT REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Background information: The following information is submitted <br />for your review and action: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D2-d) excerpt of Council minutes dated May 29, <br />1979 which granted preliminary plat approval. <br />b ) Enclosure (D2-e) contains City Engineer's letter regarding <br />final plat. <br />c) Exhibit #1 contains copy of final plat for your review. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve or disapprove <br />of final plat. <br /> <br />ANOKA LANDFILL: <br /> <br />The following information is submitted to the Council for your <br />review.
