Along with the preliminary plat approval, a variance was granted' <br />for the deficient widths for Lots 1 and 2. It was also. the intent of the'pre.- <br />liminary plat approval to grant variances from Articles 170.037B~i.and 170~041 (4) <br />of the City Code regarding soils; however, the council minutes do not reflect <br />these variances. <br /> <br />In review of the final plat we found that the final plat meets the require- <br />ments of the City Code with the exception of the lot widths. <br /> <br />However, the developer has not provided a reproducible copy of the final plat <br />~,~ith house numbering. <br /> <br />In review of the street plans and grading plan we found the following deficien~ <br />cies: <br /> <br />,Neither the grading plan nor the street plans have been signed <br />by a registered professional engineer as required by Article <br />170.039D of the City Code. <br /> <br />2.
