Ramsey Municipal Center Parking Lot - The paving of the entire <br />parking lot has been completed at a cost of $5,200.00. <br /> <br />2. Minnesota Shade Tree Grant - Enclosure (Dl-a) contains a letter <br />from the Minnesota Agriculture Department stating that our grant <br />application has been approved. <br /> <br />a) The grant will provide funding for 90% of the cost <br />of the first 50 trees and not exceeding $60.00 per tree. <br />b) If we plant more than 50 trees we will.he.reimbursed <br />at 41% of the cost of each tree which is still a good <br />deal. <br /> <br />3. Zoning Complaints - The following is hereby submitted: <br /> <br />a) Mr. Terry Bruno (16650 Dolomite Street N.W.) Mr. <br />Bruno has removed the driveway to his residence on 167th <br />Avenue N.W. <br />b) Mr. Gordon Hicks (16340 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) ~. <br />Hicks still has business materials on his property to <br />date. However, it appears he may be using the equipment <br />to construct a tennis court at his place. However, we <br />are checking this out. <br />c) Horse and dog complaints we are receiving a lot of <br />here. <br /> <br />4. Administrative Report on Ordinances and Amendments - The following <br />is hereby submitted for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site and Design Plan Review Amendment to Zoning 0rdi- <br /> <br />nance - This will be coming to the Council in September, <br />1979. This also encompasses industrial lot size and types <br />of industrial zoning. <br /> <br /> <br />
