NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's City Council
<br />will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 25, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. in the
<br />Council Chambers of Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W.,
<br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
<br />
<br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to consider the rezoning request
<br />of Alpaca Estates.
<br />
<br />The Corporation of Alpaca Estates is making the following requests:
<br />
<br />That the zoning of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the North-
<br />east Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way of U.S.
<br />Highway No. 10 and 169, and lying east of the west 39.00 feet there-
<br />of, be changed from R-1 Residential to B-1 Business.
<br />
<br />That the zoning of that portion of that part of the East half of
<br />the East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 10 and 169, and lying northerly of the following
<br />described line, be changed from R-1 Residential to B-1 Business.

<br />That the zoning of that portion of that part of the West Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 10 and 169 which is presently zoned Industrial be
<br />changed in the following manner. That part lying southerly of the
<br />following described line be changed from Industrial to R-l, Resi=, ~ .
<br />dential and that part lying northerly of the following described
<br />line be changed from Industrial to B-l, Business.
<br />
<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of the West Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />distant 100.00 feet southerly of the southeast corner of the Northwest
<br />quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28; thence northwesterly,
<br />in a straight line, to a point on the west line of~the East Half of the
<br />East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />distant 100.00 feet southerly of the northwest corner of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, said 'line there
<br />terminating.

<br />The proposed request is 7800 - 8400 Highway #10..N[W.

<br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on
<br />the variance application. Written comments are also welcome and should be
<br />
