The Park and Recreation Commission is to submit recommendation in regards to this project. Consequently, the Park and Recre- ation Commission will be present to submit their report. Council Action: Council action will be to accept/reject/modify the bids received on this project by Council resolution. VERANcGREGOR REGARDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL REQUEST: Background Information: The following information is hereby submitted on the above request. a. Enclosure (D2-a) contains Board of Adjustment minutes dated April 23, 1979. The Board of Adjustment approved of lot sizes which would be less than two and one-h~f acres. b. Enclosure (D2-b) contains Mr. George DeZiel's letter. c. Enclosure (D2-c) contains the City ~ineer's report on proposed preliminaryplat dated September 4, 1979. d. Enclosure (B-1 this agenda) contains the Planning and Zoning Public Hearing minutes dated September 4, 1979, which contains their recommendations to the City Council.
