Consequently, the following is hereby submitted for <br />your review in taking action on this request: <br /> <br />a. Enclosure (D3-a) contains par. 110.0319 of the City Code <br />for your information on this case. <br /> <br />b. Enclosure (D3-b) contains application for private kennel <br />permit. <br /> <br />c. Enclosure (B-2) contains Planning and Zoning's Public <br />Hearing on the above request dated September 4, 1979. <br /> <br />d. Enclosure (B-3) contains Planning and Zoning's regular <br />meeting minutes dated September 4, 1979, on the above request. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove <br />above request. If Council approves the subject request, it <br />will have to'authorize Mayor and City Administrator to sign <br />the agreement between the City of Ramsey and Jack McCarthy. <br />Please refer to enclosure (D3-c) for ttl~ agreement. <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING REQUEST SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE BE AMENDED <br /> <br />IN REGARDS TO LOT SIZE CALCULATION: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission requested that the Council <br />consider amending Section 170.Olll paragraph 24 of the City <br />Code as follows, "that two and one-half acres (2½ acre) lots <br />to include roads in calculating land area except County roads." <br /> <br /> <br />
