CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RA~ABEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> This contract ~entered into this 10th day of September, 1979 <br />between the City of Ramsey hereinafter Ramsey and Jack and Helen McCarthy here-. <br />inafter permittees in conjunction with issuance to the McCarthy's of a conditional <br />use permit to maintain on their premises at 8615 - 168th Ave N.W., Ramsey, Mn., <br />a "private dog kennel" as defined in City Code Chapter 110.0139. <br /> <br /> The conditional use permit is granted conditioned and contingent <br />upon the permittees to complying with the following: <br /> <br /> 1 ) At no time shall the permittees have .Q£~ keep more than three <br /> adult dogs on the premises. <br /> <br /> 2) Dogs will not be allowed to run loose on permittees property <br /> except under the direct supervision of permittees. <br /> <br /> 3) Permittee will maintain the private kennel in a sanitary <br /> condition. <br /> <br />4) This conditional use permit does not authorize permittees <br />to conduct a commercial kennel business. Should permittees <br />desire to conduct a kennel business it will be required that <br />they meet the requirements of the City zoning regulations and <br />State laws governing such business. <br /> <br />5) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it should <br />receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive odors or <br />creating any health hazards to the area; and further, if any of the <br />&ove are found to exist, the City reserves the right to revoke <br />this private kennel conditional use permit. <br /> <br />6) The private kennel shall be maintained and operated in accord <br />with all State and Local regulations regulating the same.
