CASE #4: CASE a) Enclosure (D3-b) excerpt from Council agenda dated June ll, 1979. Nothing has changed at residence up to this date. We are still receiving complaints. We received a complaint September 10, 1979 on Mr. Browning's place. b) Enclosure (D3-c) is a copy of the Council minutes dated June ll, 1979 regarding your previous action on Mr. Brownlng's request for an accessory building. c) In regards to the zoning complaint/violations, City Attorney has this matter and will prosecute when he can get this case on the court docket. Administrator's Comments: I recommend to the Council that you disapprove of Mr. Browning's request until he cleans up his act. Also if you do grant him this request we had better come up with some sort of a document that will spell out ex- actly what he may store in this accessory building that he cannot operate a business out of it. COUNCIL RESOLUTION 79-46 REGARDING SITE AND DESIGN PLAN RE- VIEW FOR CON~ERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND MULTIPLE D~ELLING: The above resolution was only an interim change to the City Zoning Code until an amendment could be prepared for the City Zoning. Consequently, the resolution Council adopted was in effect only until September l, 1979. If Council wants to keep the above process going you will have to extend the period of time of the above resolution. I would recommend an additional 60 days be granted to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission to complete their review process and the Council review and adoption process. The ordinance amendment has been prepared by the staff and sub- mitted to the Planning~and Zoning Commission in early July, LICENSES FOR APPROVAL: The following license application is presented to Council for your approval: #79-147 Dalberg Builders, Inc., ll21 - 80th Avenue N.W.
