Mayor Gamec read a letter from Mr. Browning stating that he would not <br />operate a business out of the new garage. <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle said that he would have to enter into a contract <br />for the accessory building that would set restrictions on the use etc. <br /> <br />Mr. Chevert said Mr. Browning is going to try and clean up his yard by <br />building this building. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann that staff <br />prepare a contract for Stanley Browning which he is to review and be <br />prepared to enter into at the next Council meeting if he so desires. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION 79-46 REGARDING SITE AND DESIGN PLAN REVIEW FOR <br />COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution No. 79-46 granting a 90 day extension for Site Plan and <br />Design Plan Review for Commercial, Industrial Buildings and Multiple <br />Dwellings. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />LICENSES FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />approve the license of Dalberg Builders, Inc. #79-147, General Contractor. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteber~. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann a~d seconded by Councilman Cox to pay the bills <br />for September 1979 in the amount of $528,111.80. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None <br /> <br />MAYOR & COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />The regular Council meeting scheduled for October 8 is changed to October 9 <br />due to the Columbus day Holiday and the regular meeting will begin at 8:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox commented on the Economic Development Committee Brochure that <br />he had discussed before.
