cease to use its existing access onto 167th Avenue N.W. and shall also <br />use the easement described in paragraph IV above for its access onto <br />167th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> VI. <br /> <br /> The Developer shall cause his entire tract to be platted into <br /> <br />two parcels in accordance with the City's subdivision and <br /> <br />zoning code regulations. <br /> <br /> VII. <br /> <br /> The developer will not be required to pave and to grade <br /> <br />the 66 foot road easement granted herein and this need not be done <br />until the additional building permits are requested for the Developer's <br />prescribed land at which time the easement shall be brought up to City <br />standards for acceptance as a street at the Developer's expense. <br /> <br /> VIII. <br /> <br /> After the execution of this Contract by the parties of <br /> <br />said Contract, and after all other requirements for a building permit <br />have been satisfied by the Developer, the City shall issue a permit <br />to the Developer for the construction of the proposed residence. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this <br />Agreement to be executed as of the date and year first above w~itteh. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />BY <br /> <br /> <br />
