CONTRACT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT amde and entered into this day of <br /> <br /> 1979, by and between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter called the City, <br /> and Stanley Browning hereinafter called the Developer. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS', the Developer has requested the City for a building <br />permit to construct an accessory building (detached garage) 24 X 22 <br />feet at his residence, 8231 158th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota · .55303, <br />and which property is legally described as follows: Lot 9, Block 6 <br />Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said property is owned by the Developer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1 Single Family, and therefore, <br />no business-type activity may be conducted on the premises and no non- <br />conforming use may be permitted without first acquiring a conditional <br />use permit or certificate of home occupation by the Deve'ioper from the <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City does have in effect certain regulations which <br />prohibit the storage of junked automobiles, auto parts and unlicensed <br />vehicles, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer presently has a storage building located <br />on his premises, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Developer agr. ees .to comply with the City zoning code <br /> <br />for setback requirements, exterior facings of the structure and <br /> <br />all other requirements of the Code. <br /> <br /> 2. It is further .agreed by the Developer that the new <br />accessory building will be used for storage of personal property related <br />to residential uses only and not for the storage of junked'automobiles, <br /> <br /> <br />
