Secondly <br />it also contains a letter from Greenberg to Bud Sauder request- <br />lng that the grading and class V surfacing be accomplished no <br />later than October 13, 1979 in the subjec~ plat. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve or disapprove <br />of the request to extend the time from October, 1979, to the <br />spring of 1980 for the-bituminous surfacing to be accomplished <br />in the above plat. <br /> <br />CASE #4: STATUS OF PLATS DUE TO BE COMPLETED THIS FALL: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-e) contains a list of plats that are due for <br />completion or are way past due. You will note some are very <br />close to completion and some have real problems. <br /> <br />It is requested that Council direct staff as to whether they <br />want the City to enforce the developers bond to complete <br />the project. It should be noted that Greenberg has requested <br />an extension of time.
